The residences at The Greens were constructed in the 1980s.
In 2006, The Greens completed a $4.35 million renovation project which included updating the complex with architectural roof shingles, Crane solid core earth tone vinyl siding, Azek trim work, new garage doors and blue stone front entry stairs.

Some townhouse end units include the exclusive use of 2 garage bays.
All townhouse units have the exclusive use of at least one garage bay.
