Outside Maintenance
When you move here, residents become a member of The Greens Homeowners Association and enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle. Virtually all your outside maintenance needs are included from grass cutting, fertilizing, aeration, lime, and mulching in the summer, leaf raking in the fall, to snow removal on all streets, as well as your driveway and front door steps in the winter. |

Activities
The Greens offers a rolling landscape with a wonderful 3.2 mile avenue of safe walking, jogging, or bike riding. Enjoy our friendly lifestyle atmosphere, walking around meeting your neighbors, participating in social activities such as the annual Homeowner Golf Outing or just sitting on your deck alone or with neighbors watching the golfers go by.

The decks are ideal for end-of-day relaxation or for social entertaining with friends and neighbors. The decks are accessed via sliding doors from an interior sun room. This room provides a cozy ambiance in the winter months while still affording those lovely views year round.

The Grill Room at Thomson Golf Club
The restaurant has a beautiful dining room and spacious deck with a panoramic view overlooking the 10th tee and 18th green. It has a motorized, retractable awning. With its westerly exposure, the restaurant and deck are the ideal settings for social functions, post golf camaraderie, delicious food, and libations from its full bar. The Grill Room features great pub food and specials for all Thomson Golf Club members and Greens residents who have a TGC membership.

| Thomson Golf Club (TGC)
The Thomson Golf Club is a Geoffrey Cornish designed 18-hole Championship Golf Course.
Residents of The Greens who have a Condo Golf Membership are entitled to 36 holes of golf each month. This can be two 18 hole rounds or four 9 hole rounds, played anytime Monday-Friday and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays after 1 pm. Golf fees apply. Condo Golf Members can also participate in social activities held at TGC such as the annual Condo Golf Outing. Condo Golf Members have full access to the Grill Room and are responsible for paying a monthly restaurant minimum.
Homeowners may apply for a variety of golf membership at the Thomson Golf Club. There are many types of golf memberships available to satisfy all your golf requirements. Please see Membership Options & Rates at www.thomsoncc.com.
